What files do you accept?
Data from your Holoo (هلو) system: either your database export (.sqlite, .db) or Excel/CSV exports of the same tables. The exact file types and size limits are shown on the analysis page when you're ready to upload.
What data should I include?
Three Holoo datasets are required: your product catalog with prices and stock (ARTICLE), your invoices (FACTURE), and the products sold on each invoice (FACTART) — that's the sales history the forecasts are built from. They can come from your Holoo database export or from Excel/CSV exports of those tables with their original column names. Submissions missing any of them are rejected with an explanation of what's missing. The more history you provide, the better the forecasts.
How long does the analysis take?
Submissions are processed in the order they arrive. You'll receive your results by email as soon as your analysis is done — no need to check back.
Why can I only submit one request at a time?
Each submission gets individual attention, so we limit every customer to one request in flight. Once your results are delivered, you can submit again right away.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your files are stored securely, used only to produce the analysis you requested, and never shared with anyone else.
